Closed Character Cosmetics and AP reset

    Problem: AP Reset and NLC Cosmetics
    Details: I was wondering if the Roving Rockstar was patched into the game as of April 2017 as I am unable to see it in NLC but was able to see in before December 2016. Also, I have a bug regarding AP resets in the cash shop where it stated "Request time out. Please try again." which then kicked me from the cash shop. I was wondering when the AP resets will be available since MapleRoyals is still in the process of being playable.

    Roving Rockstar can be found in the VIP hair NPC in NLC.
    AP resets have also been available for some time now.
