Closed Character disconnecting after logging in

    Problem: After logging in and selecting a channel the client instantly disconnects.
    Details: The last time I logged in I went to the Moon Bunny event from the FM and I tried to go to an event and it disconnected me. Since then i haven't been able to connect to the game and I get instantly disconnected. Thanks for your help !

    Redownload and install the game.
    Also, moved you to Henesys.
