IGN: TwoOrZero (the character that's gone was named NY30) Problem: My character is gone Details: I made a new royals account today, and a new character to use as a storage mule. I leveled up till 11 and logged off after putting into the FM in Perion. I tried logging into the game again with the same account and it made me set up a pin number again and I was wondering why? and when I went to the character selection page, I found out my character was gone... Can you please recover my character again so that I don't have to make a new one and go through the same process again??
Hi, if you are very sure you have logged into the right account, please confirm the character's IGN here again Please also ensure you are on the 1st page of the characters upon logging in
Yes, issue solved!! I think I was confused. I made 2 different royals accounts (say, with the account name "account1", "accounta") after making "account1", I wanted to make "account2" but it gave me an error so I made "accounta" instead. I thought "account2" was occupied by another user and I think I never logged in using "account2", but it turned out that I actually logged into "account2" and made a new character there :/ (and then I was surprised to see that there were no character in "account1") Anyways sorry about the issue thread!
