"Character is already logged in..."

    Hi,

    Whenever I try to log in my character, it says he's already logged on. I asked my brother to track my characters but they aren't online. I'm also able to log on my brother's account from my computer. How do I fix this?

    On the mapleroyals page: Log in and click character fix. I think that should do it...

    To be more informative, go to royals.ms, under control panel, enter your ID and password and login, select Character fixes and you are done.
