Character is oddly logged in when I logged them out

Hello, one of my mules is eternally logged in - it also isn't a visual glitch (a ghost, I suppose), since I can actively see their stats and information. When I try to log into the character to log them out, I get the "This is an ID that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection."
