Closed Character is Stuck/Been having DC issues on just one or two characters

IGN: Reignaire

Problem: Can't log into my character, also there are times where one of my characters disconnect, while I'm still playing on another client.

Details: It disconnected around 1:33X Servertime (GMT), it says my character is still logged in, and that I can't log into it. All my clients are disconnected except my bishop's.

Since the last server check, my characters have been strangely disconnecting while one of the characters I'm playing on is still perfectly fine. The client doesn't crash completely, it just logs me off, saying that I disconnected. I've checked my internet, and it's been running fine while I've disconnected.

 

The character just fully disconnected and I can log in again, it took a while longer, however I still get these strange disconnecting issues. Still looking into it.

 

There has been no visible signs of an unstable network on my end, however, I talked to a lot of people who play in NYC, apparently the people who have Verizon have similar issues. I'll keep an eye out on Verizon's notifications and social media posts and any fluctuations on my connection.
