Closed Character Issue

    Problem: cant use F1, F2, F3 keys for emoticons - not Fn lock issue, i have no problems on my other characters. My skill buffs are also not flushed to the top right corner of the client.
    Details: Not sure if its a new character issue since i just created this character. I dont have the same issue on my other characters.

    am spamming the F keys in the video, although unable to show. Also used the on-screen keyboard to perform the F1,F2,F3 clicks - all of these work on my other chars

    Potion buff is also not top right as you can see in the video

    it seems like restarting all my clients fixed it, sorry for the trouble
