Not replicable Character Level isn't tele with Character Info level

Was suppose to level with 99.98% at level 145 and once I left maple island talking to the NPC , I was still level 145 and instead with 10.11% exp. Confusingly I double check with my Character Info showing Level 146 but where else my bottom left is still showing 145.

 

Tried re-logged and it works. I'm 146 now and granted 5 Ap along with 3 SP
