Ign: Jinno Problem: character gone missing Details: I have been quited for a year and wish to come back to maple royals. I have reset my password and logged in to my account. I found that my main character, Jinno is gone but only left with my sub-character. I remember that my main character is a level70+ marauder. I tried to create a new character by using the same ign, Jinno but it showed the ign has been used. Which mean my character is still exist but does not show up in my character selection screen. Is there any way to fix this issue or it is possible to get back my character? Thank you.
@Futak Hi, yes. At first I have the same thought that am I in the correct account, maybe I forget that I have another account since I quited for a year. After few days of recalling and I have pmed John to check my account with my email. The result is I only have 1 account and I am logging in into the correct account.
@Kai thanks for the effort to give a check on it. So do I have to pm you and provide my email and account details to get the right username? (If I'm logging in the wrong account) I'm pretty sure that I only have one account. If I'm wrong I must be forget the username.
@John @Kai This is screenshot i took in my account. Ravo is my sub-character and zRavo is the character i newly created. But Jinno which is my main character is gone.
