I requested a name change form weeks before this event in the name change tab IGN: DrHealGood as well as bought an even bigger bundle of RP in case i want to buy things in the future and when this anniversary patch was announced i was so excited to have my name change finally. only to log on to see the name is the same and no attention has been taken to the name change forum section. I am very upset with how this section is handled if a big patch is coming they should really look over the name change section before they finish rolling out a big patch. How can this be fixed now? I want to keep supporting this game and keep buying RP but this is upsetting.

Hello. I apologize for the delay with your character name change (if it hasn't happened already). There is a pretty large backlog of items, so getting through all of them can take quite a while. If your name hasn't been changed yet, we will hopefully be able to get to it during the next SC.
