Closed Character Online Bug

    Hi,

    I have tried logging in when the server check finishes - and i managed to get the loading screen, but i accidentally pressed escape, and i think the system somehow glitched and still thinks i'm online/server inspection still happening even though I'm not? This has been persistent for 8 hours since the server check - could this be fixed please?

    If you accidentally pressed Cancel at Channel Selection page, your account will be stuck till the next server check
