IGN: gaseum Problem: Royal face/hair rolled back to default. Details: Last year, I donated and bought 21RP. This transaction happened in March 2023 (per my Paypal history). With the 21RP, I bought 2 royal face/hair (12RP), and an overall wear NX (8RP), which leaves the current remaining balance of 1 RP. I used the 2 royal coupons immediately after the purchase and applied to the character gaseum. When logging in today after about a year, I see that the royal face/hair of the character are gone and are rolled back to default for some reason. This did not happen to any of my other accounts/characters. I have checked the Royal Salon Assistant NPC today and the face/hair were not there either.

Don't recall about the removal of the mentioned hair + face, but I will be double checking with the Staff team

Hey, I appreciate the responses on this thread. I understand that these hair/face are still available for purchase. However, my original inquiry was that the hair/face of my character were rolled back to its default for some reason. I had purchased them and applied to the character last year, but now they are gone. They are not even in the Royal Salon Inventory.
It's been a year so I don't have the most accurate memory of the dates... Date of changing the face/hair: Tracing back at my Paypal activity, March 11, 2023 was the date I purchased my RP, and I vaguely remember that I applied the royal face/hair on the same day. Last login before returning: It'd be at most a few days from March 11, 2023. I was just beginning to self-leech this mule character and quit the game overall. Please let me know if additional information is needed for verification.
Have forwarded your issue to the Admins As of now, there has yet to be a confirmed case about the mentioned hair + face being bugged such as rollback but I will be requesting Admins to check your character for double confirmation
