IGN: Unemployment Problem: Inability to pass character selection screen (only with main character) Details: I am currently unable to select my main character to play with. HOWEVER I am able to create/use other characters and successfully login to the game. This issue occurred after the latest patch (07/19/2017) and it is also worth noting that I requested for a character name change which has been granted. Double clicking (selecting) my main character results in only shows the character's stats rather than logging me in immediately.
Been over a week.. still no response? Can I get some sort of assurance that this is being (or will eventually be) investigated?
I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you. One of the members of staff made an error with renaming your character and accidentally deleted some information related to your character. I am attempting to see if there is a database backup still available from right before this error happened. If not, we will have to recreate your skills.

Hi there, Just wondering if there are any updates on the situation .. Almost 3 weeks I've been waiting and I understand you guys are extremely busy and the server does not revolve around 1 person, but you guys really need to get your priorities straightened. Obviously mistakes happen, and I can't fault the admin that accidentally deleted my character's information. HOWEVER, if the issue was caused by a mistake on YOUR END (especially because I donated my own hard earned money for the name change service), it should be a main priority to finish that service that was promised. I apologize if this comes off as pushy/desperate/rude. Not that I'm mad about it not being resolved, nor am I expecting a refund. I just feel it's unbelievable that I can't even get a reply / private message on what's going on without me bumping the thread & asking for one...
