IGN: theDMX Problem: My character is stuck in Kerning City and every time I log into the character it automatically disconnects. My game client is fully up to date, just to make sure I uninstalled the previous files and just grabbed the most recent ones from the website and it's still having the same issues. I can log onto another character on the same account without any issues. Details: I was in CH 1 Hennesys a couple of days ago and took the taxi to Kerning City, it continued to work however as soon as I jumped down a platform (from the top to the KPQ area) it lagged for a second and then disconnected. After I uninstalled/reinstalled with the most recent client I was able to take two steps and then it disconnected me again, now I'm unable to log into that character without being disconnected. I think if you could teleport me to Hennesys it should fix the issue. Thanks, and let me know if there's anymore information that you need!
Bumping this thread since I have the same problem. And I just managed to replicate the issue with a second character. IGN: Noff Problem: Character is also stuck in Kerning city. When I try to log into the character, the Kerning City background flashes briefly for a second and then the game crashes and shows the error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x90030002). I recently reinstalled the game this week so I don't think that's the issue. I can also log into other characters on the account just fine. Details: I used a fast travel ticket to go from Singapore back to Kerning. The screen goes black as it does when you change map, then when I loaded into the map, the background appeared for half a second and then the game crashed, same as when I try to log in. I tried with a second character (IGN: EntheL), taking the cab from Lith Harbour to Kerning City and exactly the same thing happened. Same error message as well. Thanks in advance
