Hi, IGN: liverfailure Problem: Client crashes after logging in. Details: I don't believe this is a mac ban, as I can see the map flash for a second, and I can log into my other chars. The problem arose after teleporting to my main (2 maps outside pianus). As soon as i reached the map the client crashed. Error code: You appear to be missing a few files needed to run the game. Please visit royals.ms and download the latest version of the client. I am using the latest img version of the client. I tried switching to the wz version (also fresh download) but that client no longer runs at all on my system since the latest patch, it fails to launch with a different error code. My main char also DCed during the boss fight but I can log back in and appeared at aquarium road. However when I try to log into liverfailure, the map that flashes for a second looks to be The Grave of a Wrecked Ship. I believe if it's possible to move this char to say aquarium road, the problem would subside. Let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks for your help!

Hi Tim, Thanks for your assistance, I can see that I'm in aquarium now. Unfortunately it seems that my character still DC's. I went ahead and downloaded and installed the WZ version on my laptop, hoping that that might help, but to no avail. Do you think it best to simply wait for the next server check and see if the problem sorts itself out? I might be grasping at straws here, but this almost reminds me of a nx item bug. I think I only have 2 cash items it could be: The most recent thing I did was equip a 9th anniversary feather (amethyst). I transferred it by dropping from my other char. My pet is a new donor pet: The balloon dog. Let me know your thoughts and thanks again for all your help.
Hi, just a small update. There was just a server check and the problem is still persisting. If the admins agree that the above items could be the cause, feel free to simply remove my pet and the nx feather. Not worth never seeing my char again over it lol. Thanks!
have you tried logging in on another character / creating another character to check if you no longer disconnect? then we could see if its perhaps some item you hold on that specific character
Hi Tim, Yep, I made a second char on that account. The second character has no issues logging in. Additionally, my other accounts also have no issues logging in. Thx!
we suspect the culprit to be your balloon dog pet (specifically his swimming animation that he would require in the aquarium region) I put your character in el nath for now, if you do plan to visit aqua some more we suggest putting your new pet in your backpack for the time being as the animation fix would require a server check on a later date
