IGN: Baraapudding Problem: Game crashes when logging into a specific character Error Code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002) Hi there, It has been a while since I last logged into Mapleroyals. So when I just tried to log into one of my characters (see name above) I could see only a few seconds of what seems to be an outdated Halloween Free Market map when Mapleroyals suddenly crashed (see Error code above). When I tried logging into that character again it crashed again, still located at the outdated FM map. When I tried logging into my other characters it worked fine, but this one seems to be bugged out. Also my client is updated to the latest version (the version from November 20th), so that doesn't seem to be the problem here. So my request is that a GM could maybe teleport my bugged character out of the outdated FM map? Thanks in advance, Baraapudding
Hello, can you please share a screenshot of your login screen upon launch? Make sure that the login username is not visible. In the mean time, please try fully uninstalling and reinstalling your game files.
Thanks for the replies. I tried reinstalling the whole game and it worked again. Seems like the mini patcher didn't fully patch the game. Because in the window it said "November 20th" but the login screen was also still outdated. So the issue has now been resolved. Thanks for your help!
