    sorry i know this is in the wrong section, but i posted in character support due to lost email over 2 weeks ago and still havent gotten a response. i even tried to get some attention in the shoutbox. again sorry for posting in here but seems to be the only place where id get a response relatively quickly.

    Only Admins can assist you with a lost e-mail. If you posted your ticket in the right place, it will be attended to. The work load of the Admins varies greatly, and it takes them time, sometimes many weeks, before they have a chance to look at requests such as yours.

    I assure you your thread will be looked at. I just can't tell you when that will be, unfortunately.

    Please continue to be patient. In the mean time, you are welcome to start a new account to play Royals for the time being.

    I will be moving this thread, since it was put in the wrong section. I will also be closing it, since you have a support ticket open already, and you only need one open ticket for your issue.
