Closed Characters are deleted

    IGN: Chibby
    Problem: Character is gone
    Details: Hey I logged in today after a while and had no characters on my account which is weird because I have played before.
    I asked my friend if he can see my character on his friend list and he said yes, plus when I tried to make a new character I couldn't use my old name since it's used.
    What can be done exactly?

    It's my only account so I'm pretty sure it's the correct one.
    Perhaps an admin can check it out?

    We don't ever delete characters. I looked up the IGN Chibby and it's still there, untouched. I know you said you only have one account, but the tool we use to search up IGNs shows it's not deleted and still there, so maybe you have another account ID you've forgotten about?
