Closed Characters crash upon entering pin

    Hi, I'm not sure why but my characters keep crashing after entering my pin. I get the error message "-2147287038 (Unknown error 0x8003002)". What's odd is when I made a new character, I have no issues with continuing through and playing the new character. Was I shadow banned or something?

    Ahh I think that was the issue! I updated right before the Halloween content update. Issue is resolved, thanks!
