Closed Chat box for forum wont appear

    So earlier while there's a server maintenance I was still able to use it. Then while I was trying to reply to someone I couldn't send it.
    After refreshing my browser I couldn't see my chat box anymore.
    I tried restarting my Laptop, Reinstalling my browser, using an alternative browser and updating my Java but it still doesn't show up.
