Minor UI Chat bug

    My chat didn't display smega/text properly
    It happened during my ht run and lhc run

    Happens to me, doesnt seem to matter what I am doing when it happens. Happens in fm, bossing, event, etc. Opening UI has a chance to dc afterwards. I need to reclient since relogging keeps the issue. Pretty annoying since you cant confirm if chat msgs were sent from your side when it comes to non-all chat.
