Not Bug Chief Bandit: Can't activate Chakra

    Hi,

    I cant activate Chakra. Whenever I press the skill button nothing happens. Literally nothing. No animation, effect or buff in top right.

    I've tried activating the skill with key bindings or directly in the Skill tab.
    Chakra skill is level 3 right now, but it hasn't worked before either.
    Other Chief Bandit skills are working fine.

    Not to state the obvious, but you have to be below 50% HP for it to work. I am assuming you are aware of this, but it is somewhat overlook-able, so it could be something else.

    I derped. I thought you had to have this active for it to kick in when you are below 50%.
