IGN: Leechion Problem: Received the guild chair reward for donating snow during the Christmas guild event but was unable to claim Details: During the Christmas guild event I donated enough snow to qualify for the reward chair but I was unable to claim it when the rewards were distributed because I had the ISP issue a lot of fellow royalers were experiencing that preventing me from getting online the game for about a 3 month period. When I was finally able to log back in my opportunity to claim my chair was gone as there was a 30 day period to claim the chair from duey but I was unable to claim the chair during that timeframe due to the ISP issue. I was told by a GM in a private message to make a post in this thread about my issue and have attached pictures of the in game message relating to the chair as well as a picture of my entire laptop with the date I was able to get back into the game. Im wondering if there is anyway I could still get this chair as I really like the look of it
@Shane I saw going through other posts that you helped other members with chair issues relating to the ducky chairs that I know arent the same but I was wondering if you could look into my issue or let me know if it has been looked into because it has been almost 3 weeks with no response I saw that I just saw that it has been confirmed and awaiting action so I guess forget what i said above and just an update on how much longer I would have to wait, thanks
