    Problem: Finished Christmas Medal requirements but cannot receive medal
    Details: Finished the requirements the first week of Christmas event but could not receive the medal. Screenshots provided.

    The best solution would be to help you out in game, and a GM can warp you to our GM map where talking to KIN will complete the quest for you. (GM Note: Reload scripts).
    We have a group in discord where you can ask for GM help, if you have trouble getting in contact with one.
