Basically this is what happened: Me and my guildie was doing the normal mode pq with my mule at the side and we got the snowman up to its biggest form. However, it suddenly transformed back to the tiny first form. For the first round we were confused about it so we just let it die to the mobs cos it cheated our feelings. We could not complete the pq on the first try. Before the second try, i went to forums shoutbox to ask for some help but since no gms were on, i couldnt get any help about it aside from redoing it. For the second try, it happened again after reaching the biggest form. Since it happened before, me and my guildie just decided to leave. If possible, could the staff get back to this soon? Really wanna do that pq on my lower level characters. Note: no images cos it i did not think it would happen again, and went to eat after 2nd round so didnt go for a third time.
