IGN: Z2hee Problem: Double purchased of same untradeable item. Details: Recently, I bought one item with my RP on Donor tap in Cash Shop, the item is a 'transparent eye accessory'. By few hours after purchasing, I knew that a same item as that one was already existed in my Cash inventory. Even though this happen was caused of 100% my carelessness, I wonder it is possible to be refund of one as royal point because there is no reason to possess two same items that cannot be trade.
