IGN: DragonKnight Like 3 or 4 days ago I used a 3% Clean Slate Scroll on my Sky Skis. The scroll failed, and it took a slot away from my skis. If I remember correctly, Clean Slate Scrolls shouldn't take away a slot if failed. Can I get my slot back please? Thank You.
Please post the current full stats of both your items and I will see what I can do about getting the slot back. And the character name that the item is on. Confirmed as bug now, so anyone else who uses a clean slate herein will not be reimbursed.

Character: Arrows (I believe) Item: Pink Gaia Cape Stats PreCleanslate: 3atk 3luk 4slots Stats after cleanslate: 3atk 3luk 1slot Yes, I used 3 clean slates, I didnt know it was a bug until a guildmate said it shouldnt havr taken slots
To Fire... why did you use a Clean Slate on an item with no failed scrolls?.. Look at the description of the Clean Slate Scroll: "Recovers the lost number of upgrades due to failed scroll by 1." That means it only works on items with failed scrolls. So it was pointless to start using it on the PGC to start with, it's not going to erase the 3luk lol. That's not saying you shouldn't be reimbursed the slots, just saying that you weren't using the scroll properly.
@David, then I might've only used two Clean Slate, if that's the case then it was a 3 ATK Pink Gaia, 3 slots, +3luk before the use of two clean slates. I'm not really sure, I posted a bug report when it happened, but Matt never responded to it.
