Closed Client Crashes when trying to log into any character in a single account

    Problem: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.

    Details: According to the troubleshooting guide there is a ban on my account. When I try to login into any character on this account the client crashes. As far as I am concerned I have not broken any rules on that account. Can I get the account back?
