Client crashes whenever I kill anything in Ch4 Crossroads 2

I was able to replicate this issue; whenever I kill anything in Channel 4, Crossroads 1 map, I crash and I get Error code: -2147220999 (error in the DLL). I brought along another person and we killed the tree together and I was the only one that crashed.

Edit: It is actually Crossroads 1 map

 

Try updating your game by reinstalling. No other reports regarding this kind of case.
