Client not Opening

    Client is not opening....
    just after click the mapleroyals application I get two messages as follows:

    I checked the troubleshooting guide but this error message was different from the guide(I mean the numbers)

    I don't know what these messages mean.
    Just installed mapleroyals on a different laptop (800*600 version) and kept all the files in exclusion before installing ..(I mean I followed the same procedure with a different laptop and nothing went wrong)

    PLease Help out....

    Have you checked if your monitor hz is at least 60?

    Yep , but it's at 64hz for some reason
    I guessing it's an OS problem....

    I just Found the problem... it seems it this game doesn't work on my OS sadly....
