Since joining, I've had this problem a few times. Here's what happens.

If I'm either away from my computer for a while(or in this case playing the game), the client will just delete itself without me even doing anything. After trying to find some ways around it, I thought I fixed it completely. It didn't fix the problem. I was in LPQ with some people and I started lagging(which can be normal) and I DCed. Went to go and open the client in my folder and it wasn't there. If this usually happens, I just re-install the client/game/files completely and go from there. Information on my computer below.

You have not disabled your antivirus correctly.
I would assume windows defender, malwarebytes does not cause any issues for me.

So, after trying to figure out how to shut it down completely, I've found a way on /r/Windows10 to get rid of it. But, since it won't let me click "Start the task only when..." I just disabled all the options that were on here. Hopefully that works.

Update on my problem v3(sorry for triple posting)

After doing some research yesterday, I came across a forum post from another website that's really helpful for computer issues. Someone on Tom's Hardware posted wondering how to completely remove Windows Defender in the middle of last year. A member from there then posted a link to program called NoDefender(Option 2) and that seemed to have fixed my problem. For people in the future who see this, you're welcome. If you're wondering if the file is save, here's a Virus Total scan that confirms if it's safe to use. If you're using Sophos, it's a false positive.

I've been having the same problem, having to disable windows defender, which is only a temporary solution seeing as it reactivates itself.

I will try the NoDefender you linked, i'm out of options! Thanks for the link. (I'll update this post if it's successful)

EDIT: The link you provided worked! I downloaded Winaero Tweaker, which allowed me to fully disable windows defender (take that microsoft!),

No more reinstalling MapleRoyals everyday. Thanks for researching and saving me time.
