Hi, i am unable to vote daily despite not playing for days. Please look at the attached, it appears every time when i key in my account to vote. Anyone with similar issues? I have logged into my account and no NX was being credited.
That's not something we can fix on our end, it's on Gtop's end and because we don't have access to Gtop's voting IP logs we are unable to refund anyone NX because we have no way of checking to see if it's a legitimate claim, unfortunately. Tons of people report it, it's been a Gtop issue for the past year or so. Have you tried: -Using incognito mode -Another browser -Mobile Data -Another Wifi/internet source
