Once you have changed those, you will need to post under https://royals.ms/forum/forums/support-requests.111/ to have an admin verify ownership of the account. Once that happens your account(s) will be unbanned.

I appreciate the approach to protect our characters! Hopefully this can be resolved today as my vacation runs out on Thursday, but regardless, I appreciate the work done.
