Compensation for those stuck in the Cash Shop

    Since the introduction of the new source on Monday, people have been getting stuck in the Cash Shop. Through no fault of our own, we've been unable to play for nearly an entire business week.

    I know you guys are working hard to fix the current glitch, but as a new player (account created ~last week) it leaves a sour taste in my mouth to be inconvenienced like this with little recourse or help given on the matter. I'd like to propose that those who have documented having issues with the glitch receive some sort of compensation for the matter. If you all implement such a thing the compensation would be completely up to staff; but I'd start by recommending a 2x card for each day of being unable to play. Since we are still able to vote, the only thing we've lost is the ability to train. I personally joined to train with my friends. In the ~4days I've been locked out the game they've surpassed me in levels; nearly taking away my drive to want to play anymore.

    I know there are several people against this idea who have NOT been affected by this glitch. Personally I feel their opinions should not be taken into consideration as this in no way affects them. As the staff it comes down to you guys to make amends for any errors made impacting players ability to simply enjoy the game. Please do not follow in the footsteps of Nexon by just washing your hands of errors that cause portions of the playerbase to be unable to play for what's going on a week now. You guys did the exemplary thing of compensating those effected by the rollback, please consider extending the same sentiment to those effected by this cash shop glitch.
