Closed Completed Meteor10 quest but no skillbook received

    Problem: Did the quest to get Meteor Shower (10), skillbook not received.
    Details: After doing the last step of the quest, Shammos was supposed to give me the skillbook. However, after completion, the incomplete quest popup above Shammos remains. He took the Eye of Fire for the last quest but the skillbook was not given. Please refer to the screenshot that shows the Eye of Fire was given, quest EXP was received but no Meteor Shower was given. Thank you.
