Please check that the MapleRoyals server is online and not currently down for a server check or other issues. You can check to see if the server is online by checking for any notices on the forum (usually above the forum shoutbox) or on the main MapleRoyals website. If there are no server checks in progress then please check that you are connected to the internet. Open your internet browser and try accessing any website. If you cannot access the internet please check your internet connection preferences or contact your ISP. If there are no server checks in progress, and you can access the internet, please check your firewall options and ensure that MapleRoyals.exe has permission to access the internet. If you are unsure about this please read the documentation for your firewall software. i already done all of this step, but i`m still facing the same error, do i need to restart my window after i add MapleRoyals.exe as exception??
