Closed Connection issues? Click here! April 2020

The issue should be fixed now! Whoever is affected should try to log in without using their mobile hotspot or their VPN!


About a week and a half ago we noticed a connection issue to the game, which resulted in some players being unable to connect to the client or the forum.

We've been trying to figure it out, but the problem is not on our end.
There has been a TON of messages, ban appeals, character issue posts, discord pm's, etc that have been made and we promise we're not ignoring you! We just can't do anything to help.

We've contacted our server host and they've said the same thing as well, so we've sent two emails to one of the major ISP companies (which is where we suspect the problem is, based on the traceroute info a few players have provided us) and so far nobody has gotten in contact with us.

Throughout this week alone, a ton of other services has been flooded lately due to the Global situation that is currently happening.
Nintendo online, xbox live, fortnite, etc. have all went down this past week due to a heavy traffic load.
I'm not sure if it's related to the same issue we're having, but I think it's worth mentioning because everywhere seems to be struggling internet-wise.

We can't fix the issue and we will have to wait it out, unfortunately.
So thank you for being patient and understanding during this frustrating time!


With that being said, people who have been using mobile hotspots, or a paid VPN have been connecting just fine.
If your purchased VPN is giving you a banned message, refresh the IP, it's likely that someone hacked on that IP causing it to get banned.

Please avoid free VPNs as they change IPs sporadically and it will flag you for account sharing, suspicious activity, or vote abuse.
