Why do I constantly get disconnected in the FM when I open stores? Has happened for months - It is not because of multi clienting i have tested this. I eventually DC every time without fail when I have stores open and I never DC at all in any other situation, it is not because of my internet. It is not because my computer is going in to sleep mode I know that I can use a hired merchant but I don't want to do this just to avoid DC's, I prefer the Regular store I thought for a while that it was people somehow intentionally DC'ing me but this probably isn't the case since it seems to happen completely randomly and my spot isn't always taken afterwards
was a fix ever found for this? I can boss (horntail, CWKPQ, Krex, etc) with no problems. As soon as I stand still in the free market or in any main maps (henesys, perion, ludi, etc) I disconnect without fail in somewhere between 10 seconds and 2 minutes. Frustrating when trying to set up a store - or just step away for a minute to use the washroom or something in between boss runs.
I'm assuming your game has been updated with the most recent files? I would try reinstalling your files anyways just in case.
Thanks for your response. Yes, I've reinstalled several times. I've also tried both sized clients. Doesn't seem to make a difference. As of today this is still occuring.
I have this same problem all the time. Open up and store and come back to find myself disconnected. Super annoying when you're just trying to make a couple mesos!
