Closed Control panel PIN reset email not coming

Hello, I'm trying to log in an old account and I have the email and was able to log change the password fine. But I forgot the 6 digit PIN that you need after the character selection screen to be able to enter the game. I tried to reset it via control panel but the email is not coming at all. Tried multiple times and in different times. Please help, I'd love to play again.
I have multiple IGNs: Siul, Zepol, Hiroshiyuki, FakeHero & Skullies are the characters currently in this account.
