Just to use Concerto? Because I was thinking about for about 80 base STR + Zhelmet and Deputy Star. 2 - How many washes will I do to get HP enough to go Horntail? (I was thinking of making one wash every 2 convey from level 70)
I believe that by using a STR robe, you can use your AP on DEX instead. Thus the effect of MW is greater.
1. 2. I've never HT'ed so I don't know what HP is required. However, I have kept an extensive log of my hp as I have leveled and can tell you that with 0 washes, you will have ~4900 HP @ level 155 (this includes hp from job adv). Use this formula: min # of washes req = [(HP needed for HT) - 4900] / 18 The 18 is bc thats the avg HP per wash for pirates.
That makes sense. But the diff won't be huge; having 30str oa instead of 30dex oa lets you have 30more base dex = 3 more dex and 3 less str from MW20. STR contributes 28% as much to range as does DEX, so the net effect is ~2 lost dex.
In Horntail guide says that Ranger has to be at least HP 4900 before being with HB. I think then that HP 5.5k would be nice without HB, correct? What about the STR, so it's really better to use Overall with STR and STR 40 base? For just at level 100, I would STR enough to use Concerto. (25 ~ 35 Overall, 40 Base and the rest with items such as ZHelmet).
As I have described above, according to my calculations: 30DEX overall = 30STR overall, without MW 30DEX overall = 29STR overall, with MW10 30DEX overall = 28STR overall, with MW20, where '=' means equal contribution to your range. Basically whether you use DEX or STR doesn't really matter, as long as you don't have more STR than the minimum required for your gun.
Now I understand, thank you. = D But I need not necessarily use Bathrobe, correct? What other overall could use?

You usually don't want LV50 and below overalls because they only give +STR and no DEX, which makes the max bonus from the godly system +5 instead of +10.
