    hi gm and admin,
    corsair skill Hypnotize and Air Strike cant be learn.. can u fix it? or any issue?

    Unfortunately it's not something we can manually help you with.
    We are working on getting both of these quests available, however we have very much to do currently. It will be some time before that.
