    Problem: Can't accept the Corsair skill quests Battleship Cannon, and Battleship Torpedo
    Details:When i finished Battleship's quest., i got the skill.And i want to do the (Battleship Cannon)and (Battleship Torpedo)'s quest, but i cant accept the quest !
