I'd like to find out if Somersault Kick, or any 2nd or 3rd job Brawler abilities, are usable when a gun is equipped Edit: I saw Somersault Kick in action; now I'd like to know about 2nd and/or 3rd job abilities
Non of the 2nd or 3rd job abilities of a Brawler work with a gun equipped. You can use Oak Barrel but that's about it I think, but this isn't an ability that deals damage.
Not even energy charge or energy drain? Like, if you use somersault kick, wouldn't it charge energy charge?
You can use those, but you won't be able to use Energy Blast or Shockwave at all with a gun equipped. I'm not sure about Energy Drain but Transformation can be used and Energy Charge can I think.
Alright then...I guess I'm probably not gonna be making a gun brawler any time soon Edit: On the other hand...most brawler abilities are slower than Somersault Kick, and this video makes me think that Energy Drain doesn't need a fist weapon. Then there's also Dexterity... I might do it after all, if I can confirm that Energy Drain works with guns
