Hi there, My friends (Sesama & jungsoojung) and I (joyi) went to the dong dong chiang event map and killed the monsters inside but we could not get lucky coin when we exit the map. We are pretty sure that we killed all the monsters before leaving the map. Can you please reimburse the coin to us? Thank you.
We will not be able to refund you anything without being able to confirm that you completed it properly. The NPC with Dong Dong Chiang would have asked if you wanted to give up and quit if you hadn't completed it, can you remember any more details regarding this problem?
Hmm we didn't screenshot nor have a close look at what the npc said as this is not the first time we do dongdongchiang together. We did two runs that day and got coin for second run but not the first run. We are pretty sure we killed it as I said earlier this is not the first time we kill dongdongchiang together. And we calculated that we can get 20 coins before event ends .but now we can't anymore which is pretty sad (we haven't change any item yet). Can we get a reimbursement plsssss?
I never found any issues with receiving the Coin, and without proof that this happened to you, we don't offer refunds.
