Issue: Cannot get past login screen - Possible MAC ban on account. Character Name: Iowyn Additional Information: Just started the game 3 days ago. I bring my laptop around from two places, home and hostel. Worked perfectly fine at home but tried logging in from my hostel and that is when I could not login. It isn't a MAC ban, it is the IP of that hostel that is banned (which is super coincidental btw >.> highly unlikely anyone playing there was banned other than you xD) Your only other option would be to use a different WiFi somehow. If that isn't an option and you really wanted to play there, you could get one of those Verizon or ATT USB sticks that you plug into your computer and can access the 4G instead. I use one of those when I use my laptop in a place with no WiFi. I think it was like 100 bucks at the time.
Yeah, I'm not so sure why though. I've just started recently and I could not even log on to play the game. Thanks for your help by the way. I'll see what I can do to at least try to play the game. Thanks for your genuine help. You don't find many people like that.
