Closed Couldn't acquire phoenix

    Problem: Failed to acquire phoenix.
    Details: I coundn't finish the quest that enables me to use phoenix, so I forfeited the quest but couldn't restart it. Maple0016.jpg

    It's not forfeited since it is still in your 'In Progress' tab... Do you still have Phoenix's Egg? Have you tried speaking to Kumo again?

    It's okay now. I'm sorry for taking your time.

    There were 2 quests about phoenix and I forfeited one of them.
    I went to el nath and could re-get the egg. Then I could restart the quest I forfeited.(Without the egg, I couldn't restart the quest)
    I didn't think I can get the egg again. I should've tested more before reporting. I'm sorry D:

    I had this same problem as well hehe. I've tried re-speaking with Kumo but it looks like we can't get the egg back. We might be stuck for a while but let me know if yours gets fixed so I can know what to do too! I posted a couple of days ago too~
