Hi GMs, Kenny told me to make a thread here. On my bishop Aivida (in game the second i is capitalized) in the Bougie guild, I couldn't claim my Snow Pepe chair from the christmas event because I was self banned. When I checked Duey the message popped up saying gift expired, and it happened so quick I couldn't take a screenshot. Can you guys help? Thanks!
