Hey GMs. I typed In my username, I clicked on the robot thing and waited for it to tick, and then clicked vote, and it said they think I'm a robot. Even though I had already clicked on the thing, and waited. I refreshed the page to try again and now it said I had already voted, come back in 1440 minutes. Like what the heck? You need to fix whatever the problem is with your anti-robot system, and it shouldn't even count as a vote unless you actually go and vote on gtop100 smh
I did. I didn't check before hand because I couldn't connect to the server. Sorry If I sounded disrespectful
Same problem here, allready 3rd day, that i cant vote. always says, i have allready voted, and can vote again in ~900- ~70 minutes. usualy it says something over 600 minutes
It sounds like someone else on your IP address or computer is voting before you and hence is why it says you have already voted.
Nobody else but me uses my computer, last 2 days it have sayd i cant vote for another 1300+ minutes. not once i have had chance to vote.
yesterday website said i have 62 minutes, beffore i can vote, i waited 15-20 minutes, then i tried again, just to check how much time i have left beffore i can vote. then boof again 1300+ minutes
The problem is your MAC address is shared with 28 accounts. Based on what I found on Google, it looks like you're using a Huawei modem which perhaps mean you get on the internet by tethering to your mobile or have some external modem? Whatever the case, that is why you are unable to vote.
If you were last logged into the game using that mobile modem you would still have that problem. This is the simplest way to fix it, you would need to use mobile data/3g connection. Disable your computers wifi Log into the game using your 3g connection Log out from the game Go to the website and vote still using your 3g connection If it works, enable your wifi and play using that
