Just as some information, the only way to get dex on an eye accessory is to land a Eye Accuracy 10% or 30%. So, the max possible on an eye accessory is 7 dex, and that would definitely require ALOT of white scrolls. You could also chaos it, but that's probably a waste of a chaos scroll
