Notice Couple of Fixes 14/10/14

    Hi Everyone,

    A few small fixes during the server reboot that happened at about 02:30 server time:
    1. Fixed an issue where players could not equip or unequip rings.
    2. Fixed an issue where Horntail's Right Head would spawn on the incorrect map.
    3. Fixed an issue where the portal to Nine Spirit's Nest would not work.
    4. Item SMEGAs are now toggled on/off with the ~togglesmegas command
